Vascular Lesions

Different vascular lesions that can have a negative impact on self confidence are: Cherry Angiomas (red spots), Campbell de Morgan spots, Spider Naevi, Facial Veins as well as Rosacea to name a few. These issues are more frequently seen in fair skinned people and although the cause can often be genetic or part of the ageing process, certain lifestyle choices can be contributing factors like alcohol as well as too much sun exposure. ROSACEA (Please keep the before and after image) Rosacea is a skin condition that typically affects the face (nose, cheeks, chin and forehead). The cause of Rosacea is unknown. It may be triggered by alcohol, spicy foods, temperature changes, caffeine or exercise. Rosacea can have a serious impact upon confidence with persistent cases causing flushing, blushing (transient redness), stinging, persistent facial redness, round red bumps (papules) and tiny pus-filled swellings (postules) as well as the appearance of visible blood vessels.
