Yes consultations are free.

The sensation is similar to a warm elastic band flick. Our laser has a chilled tip and we also use an amazing cooling device to cool the skin down during and after the treatment to make it more comfortable.

We suggest on average a course of 8-12 treatments. Some people need less and some more. It is important to do a course of treatments for the best results.

That depends on the area being treated. The smaller the area the quicker the treatment and then bigger areas take longer.

We normally wait a week after the patch test before we do the first treatment to be sure the skin is fine and not there’s no adverse reaction.

The hair needs to have enough pigment for the treatment to be effective. So blonde, red, white or grey hair cannot be removed very effectively as it doesn’t have enough pigment.

Unfortunately we can’t treat you while you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

To be safe we don’t treat anyone with a real or fake tan. We normally wait 4-6 weeks after your last sun exposure before we do a treatment.

You are welcome to buy a course of treatments or pay as you go per treatment. You can also pay for a course of treatments in 2 instalments.
